    get email said your sim has been delivered. I check my mailbox, and ask my office admin. But nothing. No sim for me

    Wow so hard to get free simcard eh. Send email, so many many time said, we noticed that you have received, your sim but not activated it yet. How can i activated it when i dont receive sim yet. #youdoitbettermyknee

    29 Feb 2019 saya dah order.. Smpai sekarang takde trima simcard lagi.. Tolong check kan simcard saya d mna berada?

    HI. Saya pun belum dapat sim. Macam customer lain App kata dah sampai tapi cek mailbox kosong. Sila kemaskini sistem tracking anda. Jika guna pos sila bagi tracking pos.

    Hi. I already get an email from Yoodo telling me that my sim has been delivered on 12 February. 2019But, until now, I dont receive any sim card with plan. Im afraid if someone steal Please tell me what the solution of this problem. I check your mailbox do not have

    Hi guest, please contact Yoodo customer service via Live Chat to help you check your simcard status with a shipping service company. Live Chat only available from 9am - 6pm.

    i have live chat with customer service. but they said they will check with Shipping team and will get back to me via email. but still no feedback from them.

    Guest, pls follow up again with them & ask them the tracking number also so you can trace with the shipping company.

    Hye. I did not receive the sim card. In apps and email show, the sim already delivered to my house. I did not receive any call from courier service and the my house mailbox also empty. And how to get my tracking no? Thank you.
