get email said your sim has been delivered. I check my mailbox, and ask my office admin. But nothing. No sim for me
Wow so hard to get free simcard eh. Send email, so many many time said, we noticed that you have received, your sim but not activated it yet. How can i activated it when i dont receive sim yet. #youdoitbettermyknee

Hi guest, please contact Yoodo customer service via Live Chat to help you check your simcard status with a shipping service company. Live Chat only available from 9am - 6pm.
i have live chat with customer service. but they said they will check with Shipping team and will get back to me via email. but still no feedback from them.
Guest, pls follow up again with them & ask them the tracking number also so you can trace with the shipping company.
