They notify me the sim have arrive but instead i get my neighbor sim and not mine when i check the mail box and my neighbor didnt recieve it either.

Hi sir...sorry for the inconvenience matter, below this page we have option 'Submit a Ticket' ..you can raise it to Yoodo Customer care regarding status of your simpack with delivery partners. Please write your order numbers in your ticket, so their can check it detail.
Status said delivered but it isn't in my mailbox nor at the guardhouse
Yoodo Guest sometimes it takes a day or two after the delivered status for the simpack to reach to you. I suggest you wait but if after a day or two, it's still not there, contact Yoodo agent via live chat ya.

I experienced the same problem. O got an email at 1.18 pm today saying that the sim card I ordered is in my mailbox. I went and checked, it's not there. How can Yoodo know it's delivered but it's not actually delivered? I mean did the delivery person confirm it's delivered?
