I have received the email saying they have delivered the sim. But, i don't have it yet.
Have to check the mailbox thouroughly tho, might miss it. But is there a chance that they plop it down the wrong box? Because they never ring your doorbell or inform through anything physical, they just email you. I was quite surprised when I received the email saying it has been delivered.
Me also I didn't receive my sim card, its been 2 weeks and nothing came nor any mail or whatever its is, so how that im gonna receive that sim card?
By experience, it will come. It will take more than 2 weeks for some places. This situation is courier-related issue, not from Yoodo itself.
My advice, just be patient 😊 I also have a few sim cards pack yet to be delivered. If its over a month and you haven't get them, pls track them via live chat. I think they will give you the consignment number and you can call the courier to ask.

What you can do is get your consignment number from live chat and called the courier yourself. The delay is mostly from the courier service. I have experience receiving Yoodo sim card for almost a month here in K. Kinabalu.

I have a similar experience. I received the sim cards 2 days later in my mailbox. My advice, be patient for 1-2 days more. If it still doesn't arrive, contact Yoodo agent through live chat.

For a faster response, pls contact Yoodo agent via live chat. It's in the app, in the community section. Just scroll down below and you'll see the live chat option. Yoodo agent is available 9am - 6pm everyday.
You can also order a new sim. It's free.
I think sim order is limited to 5 sim card per user as of now. That's because an ID is only allowed for 5 phones number as per telco. If you have reached maximum 5 orders, the app will let you know that you have exceeded you amount of sim cards.
If you need sim card replacement, I think there's an option to it in the app. Or just contact Yoodo agent via live chat.
Perhaps posmen is Boosties and stole your simcard for rm50 activations?
