Hi. I already get an email from Yoodo telling me that my sim has been delivered on 7 February. But, until now, I dont receive any sim card/parcel yet. Im afraid if someone steal and take advantage of it. Please tell me what the solution of this problem.

This will help us to pinpoint where exactly is the hold up and resolve it asap for you! Also to note, your details or account plan is Not stored in the SIM card until you activate it, this means even in the event the SIM card was lost/missing in transit, there's no personal details tied to the SIM neither can it be used by anyone to represent yourself.

Hai. I did not receive the sim card. In apps and email show, the sim already delivered to my house. I did not receive any call from courier service and the my house mailbox also empty. Thanks

To add, just to clarify, all free deliveries are done using standard delivery services (pos express etc). They don't call customers on delivery - that's their usual practice.

I placed my order on 17th February but I haven't received my similar till now,what happened?

I got call from the delivery guy on 6 March about he can't locate my office which is very easy to find. He replied me to call me again. Then i call him back after two hours because of not getting any response from him, he told me that he is already past my area and not going to come back, and saying that MAY come back tomorrow.
Now is already 4.40pm of 7 March, i still did not get my sim.
Could you check for me?

Hi, similar situation here. I received email yesterday saying my 2 SIM cards were delivered but nothing in the mailbox. My wife was at home the whole day and I also talked to building security but they don’t know anything about it....

The email said that within 3 working days I order at march 8 then after 3 days I got a email saying the sim card has been sent its now March 15 and I haven't got the sim
