Step 1: Check your network status - there may be planned maintenance being carried out or unexpected service issues.
Didn’t work?
Step 2: Update your network connection by turning off and restarting your phone.
Didn’t work?
Step 3: Check your SIM for damage by removing your SIM and inserting it in a different phone.
Didn’t work?
Step 4: Please order a replacement SIM via our Yoodo website.
Important note: Replacing your SIM will not resolve any network issues, which is why you need to check your coverage and network status first. If none of these steps have fixed or identified the issue, email us at support@yoodo.com.my for help.

What do you mean?
I can't activate simcard and the bank already charge me RM1, what to do now?
Payment is the last process..IF your payment already deducted then activation process succes already. Kindly verify at your "notifications" tab. Tq.

For MNP, kindly wait for 'Welcome sms'. If your port in successful, you're will able to use the sim. Otherwise, as Abg Faizul said. Do contact live chat agent.
No signal after sim activated. Waited for a couple of hours but still no signal. Changed simcard from sim1 to sim2 but no changes. No network at all like I cant even use the line. But the app says it already activated. I picked new number from yoodo not old number.

Maybe the problem is the sim. Do you have other blank sim?

Can someone help me, why my yoddo line too slow and cannot get coverage? What make me confused, my wife also used same simcard, but dont get any trouble like me. Is it's my phone or the simcard problem because before i used this line, i use Digi line, and my phone dont be this slow. Can i get some answers for this problem?

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. I don't think it's your SIM card, unless you get Zero Network, as in No signal at all, then it could be your Sim faulty. Anyway, do look out for the email from our agents in regards to this ya? I'll also help to follow up with them personally :)
For verification, do test your sim on your wife's phone or test your wife's sim on your phone. Good luck.
