First of all, breathe and don’t panic. You can suspend your SIM by downloading the Yoodo app on a different device and logging in to your Yoodo account to manage your line, or you can email us at support@yoodo.com.my . After that, you can place an order for a replacement SIM, which will take up to 3 working days. Once you’ve received your SIM, activate it from the Yoodo app to gain access to your plan once more. There are no charges for SIM card replacement.

Is there any centre where we can get the replacement SIM in the case of lost or stolen phone instead of waiting for up to 3 days ? Thank you for your help
Hi CHUAH AH KOW, we're 100% and at this moment, there's nowhere else to get it.
If you're in Klang Valley there's an option of getting your SIM within 2-hours via GoGet (our premium partner), otherwise, it's still our Free Sim option for delivery.

If I get an extra free sim for standby, in case I lost my phone, I just report to live agent , and put in the new sim to other phone , activate again?
What if I lost my phone, I can call Celcom or visit Celcom store for replacement on the spot ?
I would suggest Yoodo at least can operate a line that just for emergency call for help, such as report lost phone.
Suggest Celcom would take care Yoodo user if in emergency case.
I don’t think user OK to wait for live agent online online from 9am to 6pm would help..... that is too dangerous..... what 3 days to delivery the replacement SIM card

Nope. The sim cards are free.
Lim, you may order an extra sim for free. Keep it for emergency as SIM card replacement.

To answer, No, Celcom won't take care of Yoodo users. We're a different brand, we're just on Celcom's Network.
We understand being completely Digital, isn't for everyone and in that - Yoodo might be for the e-commerce generation mostly. That's our business model, currently, it's via Live Chat and Tickets that we attend to Customers. We might enable Live Chat longer hours in the future, but mostly whichever actions that we can direct back to users for self-care within the app, we'll do that cause ultimately that's the plan for Yoodo cause we believe #youdoitbetter
BTW you can have an extra sim, and you don't even need to chat with an agent to let them know you've lost your phone etc, you can do it all in the app, manage it, suspend, change sim etc

You mean port in?
If yes, then just select "Keep my number" when you activate your Yoodo sim to port in to Yoodo with your current number.
or do you mean if you lost your phone/sim and want to get back the lost number?
If yes, just go to the Yoodo app, go to Manage your lines, suspend a lost sim then order a replacement sim.

Hi Yoodo Guest, u can register maximum 5 sim per IC/email.
If possible, you can get them to each have their own Yoodo accounts. Then when activating their sim, use your referral code to get the RM20 referral reward.

Hai HAfizul, relax & dont panic. Just follow as per instruction said above. Scroll below & report to LiveChat. Order new sim @ collect from your nearest yoodoers. Once got new sim, you can activate back the same number.

I have multiple Yoodo lines and I’m planning to suspend one of them temporarily, maybe for a few months? Will I be able to reactivate anytime at my own convenience or is there going to be a specific timeframe before that line going to be terminated due to inactivity?

When your plan is finished you'll get 60 days (2 months) before line permanently deactivates. Hence, you'll need to renew your plan before the 60 days ends.

Salam Mohd Munir, maybe you can subscribe to SMS plan which cost only RM3/ month for that line. That's what I did with one of my line for it to remain active.
