This could be due to 2 reasons:
1) Your network coverage is not available at this time
Check if you’re getting 3G/4G network coverage on your phone.
2) You may have forgotten your password
Click “Forgot your password?” and follow the instructions given to get a new one. Please use the Chrome browser to open the email sent by Yoodo to set the new password.
If you still can’t access your account, email us at support@yoodo.com.my .

Hi MUHAMAD RIDZUAN BIN HARUN, penukaran emel tidak dibenarkan buat masa ini. Tapi jika ingin menukar password akaun Yoodo boleh dilakukan bila2 masa hanya dengan melalui aplikasi Yoodo anda. Caranya hanya pergi bahagian Tetapan > klik pada nama anda > dan anda akan nampak "Tukar" disitu.

cant open the yoodo application on phone ( 3 android phone, 2 xiaomi miui phone and 1 oneplus phone) nearly 9-10 days without internet and call balance.. cant call, surf internet with 5-10kb per second..and i just have this simcard only. Cant open apps after 4.0.0 update after 4.0.5 also same..
this is the worst experience after 2 years using yoodo. before this things usually happened after UPDATE but the apps unusable for just 1-2 days.
maybe i should port out asap. bye yoodo
Hi. I can't open yoodo application on my phone. Yoodo application version 4.12.21 (android phone version 8)
Does this app only work for Android version 10 up to Android version 13 or 14? It's been 3 days I try to open it, yet, Yoodo app keep close it down after I open it in 2 minute. I can't even chat in live chat.

i see your comment and i tested with my mom phone Android 8 on Realme C1, i can install the Yoodo app and sign in with my account without any issue
Have you try troubleshoot with reinstalling the app?.. you can uninstall and installing the app > dont open the app, please shut down your phone first, turn on back and try open the Yoodo app.. let see if still having issue?

I did uninstall and install app. 3 times already. Oh. I didn't shut down my phone after that. Okay. I will try do it now. I will inform if that work.
