Here's how you do it in 4 easy steps:
Step 1: Download the Yoodo app on the Google Play Store or iOS Apple Store. Or sign up on our webpage here.
Step 2: Choose your new number and start building your plan.
Step 3: Receive your SIM sent right to your doorstep (you don't need to be there when we deliver your SIM!) OR Walk straight into a store and purchase one! (See where you can purchase a SIM here)
Step 4: Authenticate and activate your SIM to get connected.
If you haven't decided on a plan, don’t sweat it. Just order your free SIM first, and choose your plan later.

Yes..it will take a time for completed the process...my tips is, please make sure you at the place with good lighting, just follow the instructions it given like open mouth' shake your head etc, on your data (internet) also..need more help please contact yoodo customer service via Live Chat at the help tab down below, tap it to start the conversations & their will respond to you...good luck !
MOHD YAZID BIN MOHD IDRUS yup you're right. We have a different business model, we're not looking to be the traditional Telco.
I mean few years ago when Grab came out, most people weren't ready to try.. but after a long while now, even some of our parents are using Grab.
As for Yoodo, we understand the initial customers would be from the eCommerce, social media using category - that's totally okay with us. As more people know and feel comfortable knowing they get to be in full control of their Telco plan, we'll see more using our platform. Slowly, but surely as Digital era is already here =)
Dont think you can without the app. You can try using another device to activate first or borrow a device from friends or family to activate it first if desperate enough, but remember to log out and dont press the "remember me" button. If you wanna try older phones, make sure they are atleast Android 4.4 KitKat, older versions arent supported.

I’m already make a verification with my ic but the verification unsuccessful . It already 2 week, i try to contact thru contact support a few time but no respond at all from your staff. Lol

Hi Wang, by didn't work I'm guessing you mean it didn't auto-populate the details? If that's the case just enter your passport details manually and continue the registration process. It shouldn't be a prob 😃
Maybe you can try to continue following the steps and see? Surely one of the steps would be scan IC and take a selfie.
Do you want to port in to Yoodo?
If yes, then select "Keep my number" when you activate your Yoodo sim when it arrives.
If you want a new number, just select a number that you want from a list of available numbers when you activate your Yoodo sim.
Can it be your network. Using wifi?

I upload yodoo in my phone.. choose plan ..activate number.. did payment..
But my kids number is not working

Hi Jeff, tried it with my German passport many times. Didn’t work. Sure your system recognises foreign passports? Since I have registered my wife’s NRIC, can I still swap to my passport then?

Hi Jeff, I am not Malaysian, hence no Malaysian passport. It is not possible to use any other NRIC or passport other than a Malaysian. You have to mention that on your website.
I've tried using 2 dfferent wifi, n also 2 different data connection with dffrent phone. I also uninstalled n install again the apps, but still the same

Hi I've ordered a sim card a moment ago. If I recall I didn't pick any number throughout the process. However it only come to my knowledge much later that I've to pick "keep my number" option in order to kee my old number. Anyway there's no such option when I order my sim card.
