    I can't activate my line. right now I use hotlink,and I use old number ,and switch to yoodoo. Already activate,and I didn't get the message from hotlink to switch to yoodoo. I can't use yodoo SIM right now.I tried reactivate,but it says that SIM already activated.You got me bro? Help me gather my shit bruhhh

    Hi I've ordered a sim card a moment ago. If I recall I didn't pick any number throughout the process. However it only come to my knowledge much later that I've to pick "keep my number" option in order to kee my old number. Anyway there's no such option when I order my sim card. Please advice what I suppose to do now.

    Do you want to port in to Yoodo?
    If yes, then select "Keep my number" when you activate your Yoodo sim when it arrives.
    If you want a new number, just select a number that you want from a list of available numbers when you activate your Yoodo sim.

    Hubungi telco lama untuk mengetahui sebab mnp ditolak. Pastikan detail seperti nama betul masa scan ic. Kalau nak cepat pilih no baru, boleh terus aktif line Yoodo.
