Use the email you registered with Yoodo as your username. In case you have forgotten your password, go to the log in screen on the Yoodo app then tap on "Forgot your password". Then key in your email and open the link we sent to you via email, preferably using Chrome as your browser, to set the new password.

Hi Siti, kalau jadi macam tu sila buka email. Kemungkinan akaun tekah diblock dan dalam email tu ada cara & arahan untuk bagaimana membuka sekatan tersebut. Terima kasih

Cuba cara ni 👉🏻 uninstall aplikasi Yoodo tu > masuk Appstore/Playstore dan install balik aplikasi Yoodo > restart hp > dan cuba log in.
Hi Nor Atiqa.pastikan ada sambungan data atau wifi sebelum login ke apps yoodo.jika masih tak berjaya cuba reinstall semula
