1st ordered for try out, it feels gr8 fleksibel feeling and most importantly good speed and coverage just like celcom im used too.
Now im ordering another 1 to fully port out from Celcom that have been tied my money for so long.
Now i fell free like a bird!!! No more constantly wasting money on data that i never used and cant choose freely.

Kenapa Yoodo ni pelan hibrid, bukan prabayar mahupun bukan pascabayar.
Prabayar:
1. Bayar dulu untuk pelan, pakai kemudian.
2. Tak puas hati dengan pelan yang dibeli bulan ni, bulan depan boleh tukar plan.
Pascabayar:
1. Ada fungsi pembaharuan secara automatik.
Contoh: Bulan November saya beli pelan 2,000 minit dan 5GB, dan saya aktifkan autopembaharuan. Jadi setiap bulan pelan saya adalah 2,000 minit dan 5GB. Kan mirip pelan pascabayar tu.
Why Yoodo is hybrid, neither prepaid nor postpaid.
Prepaid:
1. Pay first for your plan, use later.
2. Not happy with your current plan, change it next month.
Postpaid:
1. Have the function of autorenewal.
Let say, I bought 2,000 minutes and 5GB this month and activates the autorenewal function. So, every month I will get 2,000 minutes and 5GB, similar to postpaid.
What if I don't finish up the quota by the end of the month?

Sekiranya data tidak habis digunakan, data akan hangus.
Untuk mengelakkan kejadian kuota data hangus, boleh ambil pelan data yang kecil terlebih dahulu. Sekiranya tidak cukup, boleh ditambah melalui fungsi Booster.

The phone number is probably there to get in touch with you IF they need to contact you when they send the sim to you.

Do you mean change your monthly plan? You can do it by going to the Dashboard in the Yoodo app. Then tap on "Change plan" and select the plan that you want. The new plan will take effect when your cycle renews.

Hi.. I just order Yoodo to replace my celcom line using same mobile number. What happen to my existing celcom line? Do I need to terminate it first with celcom?
Hi guest..is it postpaid or prepaid ?
When your Yoodo sim arrives, go to the Yoodo app, tap on the 3 horizontal lines at the top left corner, tap on Activate a SIM, key in the 18-digit sim number, select a plan and lastly choose "Keep my number" to initiate port out request from your Celcom line to Yoodo.
Celcom will start to process your port out request, then you will receive an sms to confirm you want to port out. Just reply that sms Y or YES.
If you terminate your line, you risk losing your mobile number.

Hai Lim 20Gb for Rm20 has ended since Dicember 2018.
If I just want to use the sim to receive call and sms only, which plan is the cheapest?
Means just to have an active line to receive calls and smses?
Cheapest plan will be RM3 for 50 smses that lasts for 30 days.
