What if my monthly data is finished before the end of the month, can i topup my data or i get charged with a different pay-on-usage charge and if it is so whats the actual charge?
If your Data/Voice/SMS finishes before the end of the cycle, you could always purchase Boosters. I'm attaching a snapshot below. Infact we're having a promotion right now for Boosters where you can purchase 8Gb for RM 8 only! Hope that helps :)

Yes, you're billing cycle is 30-days. You can set it to Auto-Renew if you want it to renew on it's on without doing the process each month. You can also change your plan at anytime for the next month :)

If you have not register and activate your account, you don't have to do anything to cancel, just leave it as it is and your SIM order will expire.

The RM 20 in your Wallet doesn't expire actually BUT, there's always a but right? haha
But, if you were to purchase Anything (booster or renewal of your plan) that is equivalent or lower than RM 20, system will deduct from your Wallet and not your registered Payment option. IF you purchase/renew anything Above RM 20 then it will use the payment method you've registered.
Basically saying you don't get to choose whether payment is made via your Wallet or debit/credit > as long as there's enough $$ in your Wallet, system will always choose that first.
Having said that, go ahead enjoy the RM 10 for 10 GB, technically you can have 20GB free now! =D

Hi SHAHROL BIN JAMAH, currently you can't top up the Yoodo wallet. It's only used to Receive Activation Bonus and/or Referral Bonus.
In the future there'll be more usage for the Yoodo Wallet :)

HI SIM TEONG HENG, welcome onboard Yoodo! By activating SIM, I'm guessing you have purchased something and it went through accurately right?
IF so, then your RM 20 Activation should be in your Wallet (top right hand corner in your App). If you don't see it, then please get in touch with our agents via Live Chat (HELP tab on the app, scroll all the way down till you see the Live Chat option)
If you only purchased SMS, you can still receive Calls, no charge to that. But you can't make outgoing Calls. You'll need to purchase Booster for Voice to be able to make outgoing calls :)

As a new Yoodo user, you are eligible to get the RM20 bonus for your first activation only (2nd time with same ic are not eligible) either it MNP or new number. if still not receive yet please contact our customer service via livechat for troubleshoot.

Hai MUHAMMAD RIDZUAN 8IN Z, for now there is no Topup credit or topup for e-wallet but you can receive from
1) Activation bonus: New first time subscribers to Yoodo get RM 20 into their Wallet
2) Refer2Earn (referral): When you refer someone to Yoodo, you get RM 20 and they get RM 20 as well.
Paypal is the last option. Sign up for free..
You can also actively contribute to the community and participate in contests here. The rewards will be credited to your Yoodo wallet. Currently these are the ways to add to your wallet (other than activation bonus & Refer2Earn).

Hi guest..for now payment method can be done with debit/credit card or Paypal. online banking such as Maybank2u not yet implemented, but in the pipeline to the method. Anyway,wait good news from yoodo ok ☺
Or you can use a prepaid card like CIMB Lazada Prepaid Mastercard or BigPay then top up these cards via Maybank2u. Not ideal but it's a workaround until online banking is introduced.
