We’ll update you via email and on the Yoodo app at these checkpoints:
- SIM order has been confirmed by you
- Order has been dispatched from our warehouse
- SIM card has been delivered to your address
- If your SIM order has been cancelled
If you choose Express delivery, you can check the Yoodo app for a delivery progress bar, updated using real time GPS tracking.
If you choose Standard delivery, we’ll notify you via email on the same day.

I've ordered d SIM but didn't receive. But wanted me to activate?
Hi all Guest, please Live Chat with yoodo's customer support to track your order. In the app, it only shows order placed, order shipped and delivered. I believe you need more detailed tracking information and yoodo's customer support will be able to help with that information.

Boleh Live Chat dgn ejen Yoodo utk semak status sim. Pada masa yg sama, boleh order sim baru jugak. Kalau dua2 sim sampai boleh promote sim extra tu kat saudara mara atau kengkawan. Dapat jugak referral bonus RM20.

Received email yesterday informing the sim has been delivered to my address. Check with mailroom and receptionist, none of them receive the delivery.

Does the delivery have tracking number?
Because my address is a small town, our post office do not have delivery service.
So to claim our packages, we have to queue and present the tracking number at the counter.
If no tracking number, the post office cannot trace the packages.
Eg the stamped mail (surat pakai setem) wont be delivered to the reciever because no delivery service to the address, and no tracking number to trace the mail..
