- SIM order has been confirmed by you
- Order has been dispatched from our warehouse
- SIM card has been delivered to your address
- If your SIM order has been cancelled
If you choose Express delivery, you can check the Yoodo app for a delivery progress bar, updated using real time GPS tracking.
If you choose Standard delivery, we’ll notify you via email on the same day.

ordered my sim 3 days ago. today i got an email saying my sim has been delivered. but no simcard found. not in my mail box. not at my guard house. what happened? pls help.

The system shown delivery however there's no parcel at the address. Has been looking up and down :( no email tho
Please Live Chat with yoodo's CS to track your order. In the app, it only shows order placed, order shipped and delivered. I believe you need more detailed tracking information and yoodo's CS will be able to help with that information.

Do I need to pay anything when my free sim card delivered to me?
You do not need to pay for the sim. You just have to pay (via debit/credit card or PayPal) when you subscribe to any plans while activating your sim.

Yoodo partnered with Freight Mark for simpack delivery. You may want to contact Yoodo agent via live chat to track your simpack delivery. They are available online 9 am to 9 pm weekdays and 9 am to 6 pm weekend.

Why does it seem that Yoodo has an unresolved problem with delivery? I ordered on the 15th Dec and got an email saying it arrived but I didn't receive anything until today. Who handles the delivery? Is it Yoodo or does Yoodo outsource this service? I opted for standard delivery. Tomorrow I will contact an agent via the live chat, I hope that I can trace my order this way. But seriously, if the problem is repetitive, I think Yoodo should do sth about it.
