We’ll update you via email and on the Yoodo app at these checkpoints:
- SIM order has been confirmed by you
- Order has been dispatched from our warehouse
- SIM card has been delivered to your address
- If your SIM order has been cancelled
If you choose Express delivery, you can check the Yoodo app for a delivery progress bar, updated using real time GPS tracking.
If you choose Standard delivery, we’ll notify you via email on the same day.

Hi, if you've ordered on the 15th after working hours (5pm) - your order would have been processed the next day - on this case the next day which was Friday (was a Public Holiday for Chinese New Year) + the weekend.
At such, for this unique situation your order would have been processed on Monday, and delivery should already be on the way to you. For further details or clarification, best to get in touch with our agents via Live Chat.

Ordered on the 4th, email says SIM card has been delivered on the 6th. However, I see no SIM card in my mailbox. Kindly advice.

Hi, on delivery it's best to get in touch with our agents via Live Chat so they can check and advise you accordingly. In your app, you're able to track the status of your delivery (which is done by our 3rd party delivery services),
there could be a few reasons on the delay so I would advise to get in touch with us to check in details. Thanks and apologize for the delay again.

Can i know what postage yoodo use, then can i know the number tracking because i cant take the sim without number tracking
