    Hi, if you've ordered on the 15th after working hours (5pm) - your order would have been processed the next day - on this case the next day which was Friday (was a Public Holiday for Chinese New Year) + the weekend. 

    At such, for this unique situation your order would have been processed on Monday, and delivery should already be on the way to you. For further details or clarification, best to get in touch with our agents via Live Chat.

    Ordered on the 4th, email says SIM card has been delivered on the 6th. However, I see no SIM card in my mailbox. Kindly advice.

    Hi, on delivery it's best to get in touch with our agents via Live Chat so they can check and advise you accordingly. In your app, you're able to track the status of your delivery (which is done by our 3rd party delivery services),

    there could be a few reasons on the delay so I would advise to get in touch with us to check in details. Thanks and apologize for the delay again.

    Hi, as mentioned above - the best way to know is to get in touch with our agents. Cause once the order is made, the next day we send out the SIMs via delivery partners. It could be various reasons why you haven't received yours yet.

    Please do get in touch with the agents so they can check directly with the delivery partners and revert back asap. Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience caused
