    But why? So far, from my experience, yoodo is better than any other Telco. You only had to be patient to wait for your sim but after getting and activated it, you'll know why I said yoodo is better

    If you must cancel, just don't activated the sim when you get them. You will not be charged for anything. You may then give the sim card to some else who might be interested. Worry not because it will not bear your details if you haven't activate them.

    But why don't you give yoodo a try first. You can just leave if you feel leaving later on.

    Hi, Yes EARIE BIN MADIUS is right. You don't have to do anything when you receive the SIM, that's as good as cancelling cause once order is made, the sim is shipped out.

    But if you'd still like to officially cancel it, you can do so by getting in touch with our agents via Live Chat (head to Help in the app, and scroll down till the end)

    We sure hope you'd stay tho ;)
