There are a number of reasons why your data could have run out too fast. Data is used when you:
Stream videos or music from Facebook, YouTube or Spotify
Have regularly checked apps running in the background
Play games that include pop-up advertisements
Use apps like Waze or Google Maps to get somewhere
Stream movies online
Use your phone as a Wi-Fi hotspot
Send emails with large attachments
Allow apps such as your Instagram to upload pictures and videos
Switch automatically to your data when a Wi-Fi connection is dropped

Take extra precaution when doing hotspot to devices running Windows 10. Even if connection is set to metered, Windows 10 will keeps on downloads update and upgrade at the background.
Cure to this insanity ~ only through registry edit for non professional version.
Good luck with 1709 and the up coming 1803 or 1807, most likely to abuse your data at least 1GB.
I never do hot-spot but my data ran fast... I have been used this yoodo for 3 month ago this is my 1st time all data ran fast... My call for 2000 minities also ran fast... I didn't call for a long time and never do much call... Am so curios now

On another note, your plan (and boosters) are on a 30 day cycle. Anything not consumed will be lost. If it's call, our agents can check call transactions to clarify.
As for data, you can also check on your phone usage to see which apps used your data during this period. It's best practise to reset your phone's data usage each time your plan renews so you're able to track on your own which apps consume your data most :)
Has been on digi, umobile, unifi mobile and now yoodo. All the while i cant even finish my 3gb data quota, so what i do on the very last day of my billing cycle i just pick one or two movies and download (not those hd). When yoodo give free 3gb data i stop using unifi mobile (since it wont exp if i hv activities within 90days). To my supprise the 3gb last only aforthnight, that is really a surprise. This not just only happen to me but my family member.
And to Cik ZAINORA BIN SANAWI, there is no point to get intouch with your agent as he infact just reploed to us that 'We (the end user) have to check with network". So if any problem arises and user have to check then the agent serve no purpose. Do eliminate them and your company will save on running cost hence no need to cut throat on customer's call or data quota in order to make extra profit!

Curious to understand further, the agent asked you to check with Network? I've not heard of such before and would like to find out more surely. I did explain above in my comments that the agents if communicated this issue, will help to check on usage (any info they could get from Network team).
I've also included the suggestion we give to users which enables them to actively monitor their usage too, so they could be in control as well. Hope that clarifies :)
Double check your phone settings:
Disable auto update on data
Disable synchronization service for data
Background process that eating data
*Settings may different for all phone.
You can also check your data usage at your phone settings. It will also show the which apps that use your data.
Hi YS WONG, yes you are right, data usage does show on setting and my data usage shown on phone is 1022mb, but my free 3gb has been totally utilized, funny.
Hi MOHD ARIFFIN, tks for the tips but thou I normally leave most of the phone setting by default, with other network operators I don't face and never come across of used up my quota in less than half a month. I always keep track of daily usage and only reserve the data when I'm on the road. And when at indoor, 99% of the times will connect to y5 to conserve my quota, and battery too.

i buy unlimited data the highest data was 6mbps.but still had a problem.i dont know how to resolved it.my situation by of my opinion coverage what ever its came from any courier it would had a problem because the bussiness terms and cond contract before they are take its for sell.
