Close any apps you don’t use
Uninstall any apps you don’t need
Stream movies online on your home Wi-Fi instead of your data
Connect to a Wi-Fi hotspot (unless you’re doing online banking, which is safer on your mobile data)
Switch off mobile data when your remaining data is running low
Turn off auto updates for your apps (wait for them to update when you’re in a Wi-Fi area)
Set your email to ‘Fetch’ rather than ‘Push’ in your system settings

Hi, there's no fixed plan that you need to purchase. But you do need to purchase something :)
So whether you're purchasing Data/Voice/SMS or all together or of any combination as your base plan, you can. Or if you just want to purchase any one of it also can. You can purchase minimum Voice and then add Data booster, technically any possible combination as you wish < and you can also change this anytime you want for the next month.
I subscribe for 20gb of whatsapp however when i do whatsapp video call it deduct from my internet not from whatsapp itself. I topup for my internet more than 4 times already and it was around 100gb. Wtf!! Can you please help? I am so disappointed!!

Yeah.. I was wondering the same too. On the first day subscription, I thought the add on was not deducted at all. But then I realised WhatsApp uses dynamic messages compression, it all make sense.
And yes, it should have covered everything that is under the WhatsApp app itself including Video Call.

For unlimited data, speed is capped at 3mbps (RM35 / month) and 6mbps (RM45 / month) , if for normal browsing is very ok, for video streaming, 3mbps can 720p at youtube while 6mbps can 1080p.
I have question about this plan.. If I sign up for this plan I have to purchase basic package which are rm30 (data), sms n voice? Am I right? Could I skip to purchase basic data 5gb ? the data is quite expensive on top of that, this plan always need use the apps with internet connection. Could u reduce the rate?

Hi, if you've purchased Data (as you mentioned 5Gb) and you've reached your quota -- Yes your data will be throttled down to 64kbps (yup slower speed)

Hi Seelan, ping rate depend on coverage. Different location, will resulted to different speed & ping.
As above test by Aslam, his location speed quite fast & good ping.

Hi brothers.. Yaa as u all said, it depends on the area tested.. The main purpose I was asking the average ping rate is to determine whether I can play online multiplayer games or not.. Eg. PUBG, PES.. as the ConnectMe broadband ping rate avg rate is around 500 which is ridiculous..any ping rate below 40 is the best and below 90 is still acceptable..

After you have exhausted your data quota, you will have unlimited 64kbps basic internet. It will not be charged to your wallet/card.
