Can i pay internet banking instead of cc or debit?
I can’t make payment. I tried 3-4 times by several bank card but it comes error
Hi @MUHAMMAO IOZAT BIN KI8HAM , payment will be made when you customize and select your plan - Not end of the month. We're not a pay-per-use model. This way, you will not be charged a single cent more what anything you didn't purchase and don't have to worry about any kind of bill-shock at the end of the month.

Hi @ZUELIZRY BIN ISMAIL you don't need to add money to the Wallet, in-fact the wallet is not fully functional yet.
Once you have set up your payment details (credit/debit card), you will be charged directly for what you have purchased. And if you set the auto-renewal on, every month your plan will be auto-renewed at the specified day (30 day plans).
Also, at any point if you purchase a booster, IDD etc, you don't have to set up your payment details once again and it'll be auto-billed just like how it is when you use Netflix/Grab/Uber etc. Hope that helps :)
I used prepaid,the sim need to be active in order to complete the porting. Mine was inactive so I reloaded & got SMS confirmation for porting from previous telco a few hours later.

Hi Jauhar, as Zhi Wei said u still need a smartphone to install the Yoodo app & control usage from there. Currently, there is no other option.
But, on the same time u can put the simcard on other basic phone for call&sms only.

Heya MUHAMMAD SAFWAN BINSAIMIN, pretty soon I hope, it's already been in discussion for a while now (especially Boost since we're on Axiata as well). We'll also be having other payment methods soon, online banking, paypal.
I can't give an exact date, but personally think it would be here about October :)
Hi Guest. Yes, u can. Every ATM card from local banks are accepted. Do contact your bank for ecommerce activation by call the number at the back of your card. IF got any matters, go to Yoodo livechat for assistance. They will kindly assist u. 😎😎

Hi Vi Vian. It's just a charge to check if your card is working. The cahrge will be waived and not show up in your bill later.

Heya, There is no topup for Yoodo. Evrything digital. U can pay thru debit/Credit card or paypal only.

Hi HAZMY BIN ZOLKEPLI , ofcourse you can. Wallet is pretty much version 1.0 right now, so IF your Wallet balance is equivalent Or lower than your plan renewal amount, then it will be auto-deducted from Wallet.
If the plan renewal is More than your Wallet balance, it'll use your registered payment method instead. Once we introduce our Online Banking (very sooon), you'd be able to also Top Up to the Wallet for easier renewal without :)
A Q ZULKARNAIN BINMOHD AROS, no you cant using celcom topup voucer, Yoodo just can only pay with debit/credit card or paypal method.
To be clear, Yoodo is under Celcom, but Yoodo is standing alone. Only use Celcom tower. Operated individually.
1st. Did you get free credit RM20?
2nd. What plan you subscribe, already deduct the money from card?
3rd. Normally bank charge RM1 @ 4 for verification purposes, will credited back.
4th. If your money didn't deduct yet, your activation is failed.
5th. Try reactivate, make sure the card has enough balance/also can call your bank to mention them that you're gonna pay Yoodo.
