I just activated my plan. I already top up the amount to be billed of rm63 to my yoodo wallet but yoodo charged it to my card instead. How do i use the wallet balance instead of charging it to my card ?
Normally, if the amount of credit in your wallet is more than what you have to pay then it will deduct from the wallet first. If insufficient, then will deduct from debit/credit card. Before you did your subscription to the new plan, is the balance in your wallet sufficient to pay for the plan?

Hi yoodo. I forgot to renew.my plan, so my simcard was inactivate. Then i already pay for the new plan, then it say i must scan barcode at the back of my sim which i dont know where i put it like forever. So how can i activate my sim without it? When i put my 16 sim number it say it already activated. How?

Hi NOR HAFIZAH BINTIABD TIRINING, yes you can...Online banking method is only for topup your yoodo wallet account. Tap on your Yoodo wallet that show RM at upper right of dashboard apps > tap on 'Online Banking' > keyin the amount you want to topup (can topup minimum RM5 - RM9999) > then it will bring you to MOLpay gateway > select your channel M2U, CIMBclick, BSN, etc > get your TAC number & pay.
After topup your wallet you can use the credits for renewal plan, purchasing plan.
You will receive your invoice & sent to your registered email.

Hi Guest..sorry, Yoodo dont have ATM payment services. Yoodo only accept Online Banking, Credit/Debit card, Paypal, & ewallet Boost. Thank you
bagus juga kalau boleh guna CDM machine untuk topup wallet Yoodo.
1 lagi cara gunakan Maybank MAE, ni untuk mereka yang tiada apa2 akaun bank. Pendaftaran Maybank MAE ni mudah saja, tanpa perlu buku akaun dan tidak perlu datang Maybank, hanya melalui aplikasi Maybank dan keperluan ic sahaja.
Topup duit ke Maybank MAE pula boleh melalui mesin ATM.

Hai MUHAMAD KHAIRUL NIZAMBIN MOHD YAZID , you can try again to mnp to Yoodo. MNP will take 1-3 days working days to complete. Dont forget to reply port out sms from your old telco.
