    Hi AHMAD AMMAR BIN ABUBAKAR could we get more info? What do you mean by nothing happened after the registration?

    Did you managed to order the SIM? or do you already have the SIM and doing the Port in process? If that's the case, did you complete payment and choosing of your plan?

    I used prepaid,the sim need to be active in order to complete the porting. Mine was inactive so I reloaded & got SMS confirmation for porting from previous telco a few hours later.

    ya.... kad atm kita yg ada debit tu boleh aja guna, tapi perlu contact bank dulu untuk aktifkan e-commerce.

    Hi, yea all the guys are correct. Everyone who has an ATM card, has debit card in Malaysia. You just need to call your bank to enable/activate the online purchasing via the debit card.

  • why cant pay through internet banking? and what is cvc number act? is tht 3 digit number behind our atm card? why cant i use it??

    Hi, can't pay through internet banking cause we don't have that options yet. As mentioned on this thread currently we only have debit/credit card payment options, more will come in the future :)

    Yes, CVC is the 3 digit at the back of your atm card. If you've not purchased before, best is to call your bank to ask them to enable the debit card for online purchase. Hope that helps and looking forward to having you onboard ;)

  • I want to have SMS & CALL plan only. Coz wanna use on none-smart (basic phone) device. How can I change plan, check usage, or even pay the bills?

    Hi Jauhar, as Zhi Wei said u still need a smartphone to install the Yoodo app & control usage from there. Currently, there is no other option.
    But, on the same time u can put the simcard on other basic phone for call&sms only.

    Heya MUHAMMAD SAFWAN BINSAIMIN, pretty soon I hope, it's already been in discussion for a while now (especially Boost since we're on Axiata as well). We'll also be having other payment methods soon, online banking, paypal.

    I can't give an exact date, but personally think it would be here about October :)

    Heya, There is no topup for Yoodo. Evrything digital. U can pay thru debit/Credit card or paypal only.

    Hi Guest. Yes, u can. Every ATM card from local banks are accepted. Do contact your bank for ecommerce activation by call the number at the back of your card. IF got any matters, go to Yoodo livechat for assistance. They will kindly assist u. 😎😎

    Hi Yoodo guest, at the moment it's still just payment via credit/debit card or Paypal. No internet banking option yet.
    For the second question, yes you can order another sim for your sister under your account. All sim under your account will be paid by your credit/debit card or Paypal. Also remember that one account can only have a maximum of 5 active lines.
