Everyone who has an ATM card, has debit card in Malaysia. You just need to call your bank to enable/activate the online purchasing via the debit card. As mentioned on this thread currently we only have debit/credit card payment options, more will come in the future :) Yes, CVC is the 3 digit at the back of your atm card. If you've not purchased before, best is to call your bank to ask them to enable the debit card for online purchase. Currently, there is no other option. But, on the same time u can put the simcard on other basic phone for call&sms only. No internet banking option yet. For the second question, yes you can order another sim for your sister under your account. All sim under your account will be paid by your credit/debit card or Paypal.
