Seeking clarification... With auto renew enabled.. If you have balance in ur wallet let's say rm20... So.. the system deducts from the wallet first with sufficient fund or right away charge it to our card? Tq

Hi Guest, it will count from the 1st day of your line active and your plan will be renewed on the 30th day and is specific to the time of purchase. Example: You purchased at 10:03am on Day 1, the renewal will then happen on Day 30 at 10:03am.

So, 21st August (day 1) to 21st September (day 30).

Hope i answered you question :)

Hi MUHAMMAD AKMAL ARIF BIN ABDUL MALEK . remember to off auto renew before 21 the next month. one method is the to activate the plan again on 30th .. but u will have 9 days unable to use .

2nd method is to just buy a new plan on the 30th july. then u can change the plan date.

    Hi DINESH KUMAR A/LAWALI ,

MNP will take 1 - 3 working days.

If select new number, it will activate immediately after activation process complete.

    S.ANANTHAN A/LSATHIAMOORTHY heya!

Currently the Wallet is pretty much 1.0 ; the system will deduct First from Wallet (IF wallet has the exact or more of the amount needed) - this applies to both auto-renewals or purchase of Boosters, Add-ons or RLH.

In the future, hopefully by 2.0 or 3.0, customers have the options of Reloading into the Wallet and the option of paying via Wallet or their chosen payment options.

Talking about that, we'll be having Paypal soon, and definitely online banking at some point not too long :)

Hi MUHAMMAD SYAMSUL NIZAMBIN ABDULLAH, you don't have to auto-renew actually, there is option to disable.

Your main point is that you can 'restart' your plan anytime right? The only reason you'd want to do that is if the base plan is cheaper than adding on 'boosters' and I totally understand that, but that's also why Yoodo isn't unlike the other Telco plans. You Can add-on data/voice etc at anytime and it isn't more expensive than base plans. And all our Boosters lasts till end of plan so you're not restricted to finish up.

Unless if you have a different reason to why not wanting to buy Boosters (right now we even have RM10 for 10GB booster which is epic!) but start base plan, please do let me know? Maybe it's something we haven't consider yet :)

Heya, you can request for 4 numbers but you can't save or hold on to any numbers. These are pretty much first come first serve basis just like when purchasing movie tickets online.

If another customer picked the same number (highly unlikely but happens) and activate it, it will belong to them.

Hi Lim, Yes, it's just for verification to ensure the card is active and Prasanna is right. It's the same authorization procedure for all major online transactions when you first register - it has already been refunded to your card :)

Hai MOHAMAD ZULFAHMIEBIN ROSMAN, if you want to port in your main line to Yoodo you have to order a new SIM. Cannot use the sim that already activated twice. Dont wait so long la bruh! just switch it now. Order your SIM now. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

    Hi DINESH KUMAR A/LAWALI.

Mobile Number Portability (MNP) is the ability for users to switch to a new mobile service provider, while retaining their existing mobile number.

You can refer here how to switch to Yoodo:
    https://www.yoodo.com.my/switch/

I have tried at least 20 times today to disable auto renew for my plan which expires tomorrow morning.

The app failed every single time. Instead, I am logged out of my account and this message appears: "Error - Unable to connect to the server. Please try again later."

This does not happen if I click on the option to change plans.

Why is this happening? It gives the impression that Yoodo DOES NOT allow the disabling of auto-renewal and the app is configured to fail everytime a user tries to do that.

The question is...are Yoodo users are only allowed to auto-renew or change to a new plan?
