Hi
Hi :D
Do i need to pay first to use the sim?
It's a FREE Sim, but on it's own, you can't use it. Yoodo need to select or customize what you want to use it for - eg. Voice/SMS/Data , after you select, you pay the amount accordingly - then use the service.
Hope that answers your question. Thanks :)
Hello..so need to pay first before can use it?how much do we need to pay?is it depend on our plan?

Yes it's depends how much data, calls and SMS that you choose. Before you activate your SIM, you can preview how much your plan will be, just go to Yoodo website or apps, and choose order a SIM, and then from there you can preview the price, but bear in mind that the price display is include GST, and as Malaysian we'll get GST rebate which means we'll pay 6% less than the display price :)
Ah yes, prepaid, you pay first and the main concept behind Yoodo, you pay for what you choose. It's your own custom plan. No hidden charges, no bullshit.
Oh okey..tq chan n lim..have a greatday 😉
Can i pay bill just transfer from the bank ? Because i dont have debit card .
Hi, you can't. Not yet atleast.
Currently we only have debit/credit card payment options. Technically ALL Malaysian ATM Cards has debit card facility. You'll need to call your respective bank to activate it for online use before using it at Yoodo.
Hope that helps, if you need more info please don't hesitate to get in touch with our agents via Live Chat (head to HELP tab on the app and scroll all the way down)
Looking forward to having you onboard! :)
can i make payment via E-PAY? like in 7-11, petrol station payment machine
No, there is no payment option like e-pay, topup via 7-11, convenience stores, petrol stations, etc. Current payment options are debit/credit cards, PayPal and online banking.
You have to understand that in order for Yoodo to give attractive data/voice/sms plans is by removing third parties selling credits to their customers.
Hence the business model of Yoodo is to implement a fully online process for their customers to cut the extra costs that normal telco do.
So. I don't think Yoodo is ever going to implement selling credits at normal vendor.
Selling credits at normal vendor may never happen. Infact, vendors might be a thing of the past in a few years cause of eSIM and so on.
I won't say no to buying from 7-11 buy like top up card, I see Netflix is doing that.. oh well, we'll see how it goes ;)
