Hi, i need to tell you，i originally use hotlink, while i using data network to play games, its shows 4G and is very stable, and it does not lag.But when i use yoodo network play games, the network still shows 4G, but it is not stable, and i will always stuck in my games.I just want to know what is the problem? Could you please fix it hurry? I am not criticizing yoodo, but just tell you the problem. Hope to fix faster, so i can play my online games very smooth.This is the thing that always perplex me when i playing games.

Very bad service as the first suspended my line due to failed recognition. Requested me to send a selfie image to verify. Then after i sent, my line has been activated. After a week, today my line get suspended again with the same reason. Hello, im not that free to making all these shits. Wasting my time and im so regret to having yoodo.

Your account was suspended due to suspicion of fraudulent activity. We never received a new selfie from you to-date and neither is your account active. A male account with female photo usually will be flagged as such. Also we've traced it to a few other similar activations too.
You're welcomed to get in touch with our agents via Live Chat to rectify this soonest possible as we'll also be submitting this info to the authorities to prevent future cases of such to protect all our user accounts. Hope that explains. Thanks :)
