    Hi Michael, have you managed to activate your SIM card yet? The chosen numbers are not fixed, they're available to confirmed/activated customers only. As in, those who completed the activation process with payment successful.

    Otherwise, the number will be in rotation and any customer is able to get it as well (highly unlikely two different customers trying for the same number in short period of time but sometimes it happens)

    Hi, My sim activation failed in first attempt due to unsuccessful payment. Not i m unable to activate it. Do i have to order new sim again ?

    Hi Nikhil, you can retry the activation process (if possible try a different debit/credit card) with payment. Do get in touch with our agents via Live Chat so they can assist and troubleshoot for you. Thanks

    Hi Yoodo, i received an email from Yoodo stated that my Port-In was Rejected and asked me to contact my current service provider. I have contacted my current service provider and they said that no issue on their side to port out. Please get back to me why this happened ?

    Hi Azimah, its about phone setting.
    What phone model u own?

    1st, U can try go to sim setting > preferred network > 4G/LTE .
    2nd, set new apn for Yoodo. U may find the steps by search "apn". Few threads discuss details about this on how to setup new apn for Yoodo. Gambatte !!

    Hi Afiq, boleh beli booster. Klik buy more & pilih plan bersesuaian. Yoodo Plan Cycle dikira selama 30hari.. So, dlm masa 30hari mmg tidak boleh tukar plan..
    Next month, renewal boleh bajet utk plan sesuai yg mencukupi ye. Tq

    Yoodo Guest Hi, I see you've chat with our agents. If there's still issue, do get in touch with them ya? And yes, do use a phone which has a front facing camera.

    The RM 1 is charged by the bank, not from Yoodo. They do this for verification of transaction, that amount will be credited back in your account by the Bank itself :)
