    Boleh Live Chat dgn ejen Yoodo utk check betul2 sim problem atau tak.

    Yoodo will charge you immediately when you successful activate the sim.
    In your case, your money didn't been deducted yet. It's mean you activation failed.
    You can try to activate again.
    If, the system do deduct your money twice, Yoodo will refund them back.

    Did you get LTE or only 3G or your signal keep switching between those two?

    Do you mean the Youtube addon, Facebook addon, etc? Those addons can only be purchased when subscribing to a main data plan. Currently the addons are not available as Booster options.
    If you can't buy Boosters, maybe you should Live Chat with Yoodo's agents to find out what went wrong.

    Hi, My sim activation failed in first attempt due to unsuccessful payment. Not i m unable to activate it. Do i have to order new sim again ?

    Hi Azimah, its about phone setting.
    What phone model u own?

    1st, U can try go to sim setting > preferred network > 4G/LTE .
    2nd, set new apn for Yoodo. U may find the steps by search "apn". Few threads discuss details about this on how to setup new apn for Yoodo. Gambatte !!

    Hi Yoodo, i received an email from Yoodo stated that my Port-In was Rejected and asked me to contact my current service provider. I have contacted my current service provider and they said that no issue on their side to port out. Please get back to me why this happened ?

    Also, the RM20 for 20GB is in the Booster page. Dashboard then go to Buy more.

    But if still cannot, best to Live Chat with the agents to troubleshoot further.

    Yup, MOHAMMAD ARIFFIN BIN ABDUL RAHMAN  is correct on this. Try again, it should work.

    Also, you might not get the RM 20 activation free (first time) automatically since your payment didn't go through. If that's the case, just let our Live Chat agents know and they'll credit it to you asap. Thanks :)
