Port in tu bukan yoodo yg nak gagalkan, Kena rujuk balik ke telko sebelum nie, mungkin ada maklumat yg x tepat atau isu lain.

You can report lost sim after login app thru new phone.
Then order new black sim and re-activate inside app again.
