Hi for standard deliveries there's no proof of receipt. SIM will be delivered to the mailbox of the given address or depending on the type of residence/office building it could be with the Reception or Guard house should the delivery person not allowed in.

The delivery will take another 2-3days before it will be sent out to you even though its says delivered. At least, that's what I experienced here in Kota Kinabalu. Just be patient he he

I think assuming that we will not need a physical store is abit not user-friendly.. some of us could have gotten the SIM card sooner by going to the store.. some of us could have asked directly for information..
Yup you're right actually. But this is the business model, and we're 100% digital catering mainly for that future market. That also means that we may not be the ideal service for everyone, especially those who prefer walking into a store and meeting the service person face to face :)

Yoodo use celcom coverage. You can use celcom signal map coverage or 3rd party app 'opensignal' to view the current signal on your area.

You paying using debit card? E-commerce need to be activated first.
Hi Guest, for payment issue using bank card...kindly contact your bank. ( call the number, at the back of your atm card) & stated, that you want to activate e-commerce for Yoodo payment. You will get msos code for activation.
Apart of that, u also can pay using Paypal. Online banking not offer yet at present.
