Hilarious. Your 4G is chocked full of problems. It's been a week in and your horrible customer service has done nothing but provided me with irrelevant and nonchalant automated responses to resolve a simple issue. I didn't get a monthly 10GB plan for the throttling of mobile data services for anything that isn't WeChat and WhatsApp. I am expecting another automated responses tomorrow evening that contributes nothing.

Please get in touch with our agents via Live Chat (either from our Yoodo App or Website, head to HELP tab and scroll all the way down for Live Chat option - they start from 9am) if this is your first Activation with Yoodo, you Should get the RM 20 as promised, you can check throughout community to see when there are issues like this, it has always been resolved accordingly.

Why sometimes the 4g is so slow, in fact like 2g even when I on the airplane mode for 5 minutes and off it, but it's still incredibly slow. So, I rectify this problem by choosing 3g only and the speed at least feel like 3g. How do I Manually configure the 4g setting.? My oppo f5 cannot do it for thru sms. Have to do it manually. Can you send me the settings for my oppo f5? Preferably with screenshot, tq.

Hai MUHAMMAD SHUKRI BINYACOB Its not network problem, in your whatsapp application go to Setting > Data & storage usage > Reset statistic > and tap 'Reset'.
Or you can go to phone setting > Application > Whatsapp > Clear Cache.

Hi Lim, indeed it will be the same as Celcom as Yoodo is using Celcom network. Speed is however depending on location, time and users connected to it.

I don't get any connection at all, even though I have changed the APN settings to Yoodo , and it worked just fine if I use celcom 3g.
may I know why this is happened??

Sorry for any inconvenience caused. As far as I know some area experience network issue yesterday. It will be great if we can know which area you at. Anyway, when you using Celcom 3G do you still get 4G connection? because for me even though I changed to Celcom 3G I still can get 4G connection and the network speed still great. But if you get 3G connection maybe there's some issue with the 4G network in your area.
Feel free to contact Yoodo via live chat. InsyaAlllah they will look into it and hope this is just a temporary issue.
i just port out from unifi mobile and subscribed to yoodo... best decision of my life 💪
