How to keep the line active and valid and when will it become inactive or invalid?
Hi Guest, just continue to auto renew your plan to keep it active. The auto renew cycle is 30 days. It will become inactive if you do not renew your plan after 30 days. Once it becomes inactive, you have 60 days to activate it again. During the 60 days inactive period, you can receive calls/sms but you won't have any data or make outgoing calls/sms. If you do not activate your line after the 60 days, it will be terminated.
To keep your line active, just subscribe 50sms plan at rm3.
